Master Chef Jérôme Ferrer expertly infuses Mediterranean flavour and flair into his bouillabaisse, fish, pasta and seafood dishes thanks to fragrant olive oil, juicy lemons and sun-drenched tomatoes. An equally Mediterranean wine list, as well as a décor reminiscent of the Spanish and Italian coasts, complete this exquisite dining experience.

In the heart of the historic district of Old Montréal, steps away from the Palais des congrès and downtown hotels, Accords, the largest wine bar in the city, offers a unique experience. Over 50 wines served by the glass and selcted by house sommelier Philip Morriset act as the perfect counterpoint to the cuisine of Chef Marc-André Lavergne, who uses local products for his gastronomic creations. Duck tartare with foie gras au torchon and smoked and braised bison ribs with two-year cheddar and Yukon gold confit count among the must-eat dishes of the establishment. As for ambiance, with its wine bar and dining room of stone walls and storerooms, Accords is reminiscent of Old World wine cellars. The outdoor patio is one of the most beautiful in the city.
