Aix Cuisine du Terroir celebrates Québec's finest products thanks to the innovative and flavourful cuisine of Chef Éric Kopp. The warm and contemporary décor of the restaurant blends in perfectly with Le Place d'Armes Hôtel & Suites' classic urban chic design, as well as with the stylish yet relaxed Place d’Armes Terrasse, located on the roof of the hotel.

Restaurant: daily, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Bar: daily, 6:30 a.m. to midnight. Terrace (in summer, weather-permitting): daily, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
